Edematous pseudomass (may be visible with acute injury)
Wavy ligament
Ligament possibly ending abruptly or lying on the tibial plateau
Associated bone contusion of the posterolateral tibial plateau and lateral femoral condyle (results from inward rotation of the tibia relative to the femur at the time of tear)
