With what other fracture is Jones's fracture sometimes confused?

A peroneus brevis avulsion fracture at the base of the fifth metatarsal. As opposed to Jones's fracture, this is typically intra-articular at the fifth tarsometatarsal joint and has a much lower risk of nonunion.
