Scapholunate diastasis of more than 3 mm on an AP view of the wrist; pathognomonic for scapholunate dissociation (named for Terry-Thomas, a famous comedian of the mid-20th century known for the gap between his teeth; David Letterman would be a more easily recognized namesake until the 2020's)
