What are the radiographic features of Ewing's sarcoma?

An aggressive permeative or moth-eaten osteolytic lesion with internal bony destruction is classic. Onion skin periostitis is common, but sunburst or amorphous reactive bone formation may be seen. Extraosseous soft tissue masses are fairly common. Metastases are common.
