Small (1 - 4 cm) focus of cortical-like bone within cancellous bone
Lesion appears dense, homogenous, and well marginated
Bony trabeculae extend into the normal bone, creating a feathered appearance at the margins
Lesion is usually oblong and oriented along the long axis of the bone
