Describe surface osteosarcoma.

The lesion is histologically identical to an intramedullary osteosarcoma but arises in the cortex or surface of the bone. There is a predilection for the diaphysis of the femur, humerus, and fibula. They image similarly to a periosteal osteosarcoma and are usually very aggressive.
