What is the anterior humeral line?

A measure of normal alignment at the elbow, commonly abnormal in supracondylar fractures. This is a line drawn along the anterior humeral shaft on a 90 degrees flexed elbow radiograph. Normally, this line should pass through the middle third of the capitellum.
