How does one find the common bile duct by ultrasound?

Find the Mickey Mouse sign on a transverse oblique view (Section A); the common bile duct forms the right ear.
In a longitudinal oblique section (Section B), the hepatic artery runs between the common bile duct and the right portal vein. Color Doppler ultrasound can be used to confirm flow through the artery.
