Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy (ARVC) has to be distinguished from what disorder clinically?
Idiopathic ventricular tachycardia arising from the RVOT. The ventricular tachycardia can be the same, but there is no structural abnormality of the heart, unlike the situation in ARVC, in which commonly the right ventricle is dilated. RVOT is more common than ARVC, and it occurs in young, otherwise healthy people.
