What is the definition of ADH (Atypical Ductal Hyperplasia)?

Intraductal epithelial cell proliferation that is differentiated from ductal carcinoma in-situ by volume or features on pathology
ADH is diagnosed if there is less than 2mm of low-grade DCIS or if the cells do not have all the criteria of DCIS on H&E.
