What are the radiographic findings of PCP on CXR?

The CXR may be normal, or bilateral symmetric diffuse infiltrates in the parenchyma with a ground glass appearance and no zonal predominance may be seen. In the very early stages, the infiltrates look interstitial. A slight perihilar distribution may be detected.
