What are the findings on CXR in a patient with SLE?

The CXR is usually normal, but pleural effusion and cardiac enlargement (owing to pericardial effusion) may be seen. Rarely, lipoid pneumonia or diffuse interstitial lung disease and fibrosis are noted.
