In what bones is Ewing’s sarcoma distributed?

These tumors occur most often in the bone shaft: 70% in the diaphysis of the lower extremity and 25% in the flat bones (scapula, sacrum).
At the time of presentation, 30% of patients have metastases to the lung, other bones, and lymph nodes.
