Mildly thickened postmenopausal endometrium or thickened acyclic premenopausal endometrium (to rule out polyps, hyperplasia, and carcinoma)
Leiomyomas of unclear location
Infertility (to rule out intrauterine adhesions or submucosal leiomyomas or polyps)
