Only if preoperative embolization is desired (as in renal cell carcinoma, bone metastases, meningiomas, glomus tumors, and juvenile angiofibromas) or if embolization is the actual therapy for the tumor (as in hepatocellular carcinoma, angiomyolipomas, or uterine fibroid embolization)
