What distinguishes a true ventricular aneurysm from a pseudoaneurysm on 2DE?

A true aneurysm has a wide mouth and is dyskinetic, and thinning of the myocardium is gradual. A pseudoaneurysm has a narrow neck and the transition from the myocardium to the aneurysm border is abrupt.
