What are the CXR findings of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy?

Radiographic findings may be few until late in the disease, at which time massive cardiomegaly with rounding of the cardiac apex or left atrial enlargement may be seen.
Cardiomegaly is often accompanied by increased pulmonary vascularity and pulmonary edema.
