A double contour below the carina (caused by projection of the enlarged left atrium through the right atrium)
A bulge along the upper left cardiac border, resulting from the enlarged left atrial appendage
Elevation of the left main stem bronchus
Leftward displacement of the descending aorta (Bedford's sign)
