The SVC is seen at the right upper mediastinal border, below the right main stem bronchus.
The IVC is the curvilinear structure at the diaphragm, just behind the heart shadow on a lateral view. It is sometimes seen on the PA view just above the diaphragm at the inferior right heart border.
The coronary sinus cannot be seen on plain film but is visible in the posterior atrioventricular groove on angiography, CT, and MRI.
