On a CXR, what is the pattern of chronic silicosis

Bilaterally symmetric nodular infiltrates (5 mm or less in diameter), often with a slight reticular component
Maximal involvement of the upper zones, fading to the bases
Hilar lymphadenopathy with eggshell calcification
