What are the radiologic signs of atelectasis?

Rapidly appearing (and disappearing) opacification of part or all of a lung with evidence of volume loss (e.g., displacement of fissures, the diaphragm, or the mediastinum). Diaphragm elevation and mediastinal shift occur only with severe atelectasis.
