What are the radiographic findings in osteosarcoma?

Lytic, sclerotic, aggressive, eccentric
Usually does not cross the growth plate
Moth-eaten appearance with sunburst periosteal reaction or Codman's triangle
Possible pathologic fracture (at presentation)
