What is ulnar club hand?

This ulnar deficiency , with extremely variable expression, may involve the absence of the small finger, ulnar deviation of the hand and wrist, shortening of the forearm with ulnar bowing, and even humeral shortening. This condition, which is much less common than radial club hand, is not associated with other anomalies.
