What is the appearance of PAPVR on CXR?

Scimitar syndrome. The name is derived from the fact that the anomalous right pulmonary vein at the border of the right side of the heart looks like a Turkish sword.
The syndrome is characterized by a hypoplastic right lung, dextroposition of the heart, and partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage.
