What radiologic findings are associated with tuberculosis of the urinary system?

Multifocal involvement but most often unilateral.
Soft calcification on KUB film (50%)
Calyceal erosion or destruction
Papillary necrosis (irregular and extensive)
Irregular, beaded, strictured calyceal system and ureters, straightened ureters
Wasted parenchyma (autonephrectomy, putty kidney)
Small contracted bladder owing to mural fibrosis
CXR abnormal in 50% of patients
