All have a thin ≤2mm smooth wall
Thin septations (<3) and/or calcification in wall
Homogeneous hgh density ≥ 70 H.U. on noncontrast CT
Homogeneous > 20 H.U. but no enhancement
Homogeneous > 20 H.U. with calcification but no enhancement 
Homogeneous -9 to 20 H.U. on noncontrast CT
Homogeneous mass 21-30 H.U. on portal enous phase CT
Homogenous masses that are too small to characterize
