What is the treatment for hypotension with bradycardia (vasovagal reaction)?

Place the patient in the Trendelenburg position and administer fluids and atropine 0.6 to 1.0 mg IV slow push. May repeat every 3 to 5 minutes to total dose of 3 mg.
