What are the radiographic features of adrenocortical carcinoma?

Large. The mass is often larger than 6 cm at the time of diagnosis.
CT shows heterogenous enhancement because of areas of necrosis and hemorrhage and possibly calcification.
With MRI, the tumor appears hyperintense relative to the liver but is less hyperintense and usually much larger than a pheochromocytoma. Venous invasion occurs.
