Use the same loop and circle approach and place the mitral valve (i.e., the left atrioventricular valve) and the tricuspid valve (i.e., the right atrioventricular valve) in the plane of the circle.
The pulmonic valve is superior and anterior to the aortic valve, which is superior to and contiguous with the mitral valve.
