What echocardiographic findings are associated with constrictive disease?

Spectral Doppler reveals increased respiratory variation of the mitral and tricuspid inflow patterns. 2DE shows biatrial enlargement, small ventricular chambers, dilation of the IVC, and possibly thickening of the pericardium.
