What signs of postinfarct complications can be seen on CXR?

Abnormal evagination along the left heart border (indicative of left ventricular aneurysm)
Severe pulmonary edema without left atrial enlargement or cardiomegaly (indicative of papillary muscle rupture)
Diffusely enlarged cardiac silhouette as a result of pericardial effusion (Dressler's syndrome)
Signs of tamponade, hemothorax, or hemomediastinum (as a result of rupture of the free wall)
Acute pulmonary edema pattern (as a result of septal rupture)
