How do papillomas appear on imaging?

Heterogeneous lesions that can present with many imaging findings
On mammography, can be grouped calcifications (often fine pleomorphic or coarse heterogenenous morphology) or oval, equal density masses
On ultrasound, characteristically are oval, circumscribed, complex cystic and solid intraductal masses
